  1. To make a new movie self-contained when saving for the first time:

  3. 1. Choose Save from the File menu.
  4.  
  5.     The Save dialog box appears with
  6.     the Save Normally option selected.
  7.  
  8. 2. Click Make Movie Self-Contained.
  9.  
  10. 3. Type a name for the movie.
  11.  
  12. 4. Click Save.
